Abstract
A questão da compatibilização dos princípios constitucionais do contraditório e da ampla defesa com a inquisitoriedade do inquérito policial sempre foi tema bastante discutido quando se trata da atuação do advogado nesta fase. Destarte, o objetivo deste artigo é analisar até que ponto as modificações trazidas pela Lei 13.245/2016 influenciou nesta questão.
