Abstract
Um dos temas mais controversos relativos ao Imposto Sobre Serviços de Qualquer Natureza (ISSQN) é o aspecto espacial da sua Hipótese de Incidência. O objetivo desse trabalho é abordar, à luz da Constituição Federal e do Decreto-Lei 406/68, os entendimentos existentes na doutrina e na jurisprudência a respeito do assunto.
