Abstract
O presente artigo trata sobre a responsabilidade civil nos acidentes de trânsito quando o condutor não é o proprietário do veículo. Partindo disso, o estudo envolveu aspectos relevantes da legislação de trânsito brasileira e da responsabilidade civil subjetiva e objetiva à luz do Código de Direito Civil.
