Abstract
O presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar o uso e a efetividade da colaboração premiada como instrumento legal de colaboração com base na nova Lei do Crime Organizado (nº 12.850/2013). A abordagem do estudo perpassa pela análise dos mecanismos legais e proporcionais da lei para o combate ao crime organizado.
