Abstract
O presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar os posicionamentos referentes à redução da maioridade penal no Brasil referente a crimes de tráfico de drogas, bem como apresentar diferentes abordagens sobre a Redução da Maioridade Penal e analisar argumentos contrários e favoráveis à redução no Brasil.
