Abstract
O presente artigo aborda o tema a legislação penal do feminicídio, descrevendo como atualmente se aplica a lei do art.121 inciso 6°,7° §2°I,II do Código Penal. E enfatizar porque foi criada a lei n°11.340/2006, conhecida como Lei Maria da Penha, e a criação da lei complementar n°13.104/2015 a qual torna mais severa a prática de crimes contra as mulheres.
