Abstract
O presente artigo analisará a proteção de dados pessoais e as mudanças necessárias com o adimplemento da lei 13.709 de 2018, partindo de um breve panorama sobre o tema e das situações de vulnerabilidade que podem se apresentar ao titular, bem como desafios desse novo ramo jurídico.
