Abstract
O presente trabalho visa demonstrar a necessidade de criação de leis específicas sobre a proteção dos dados pessoais na rede mundial de computadores, pois o avanço da tecnologia tem levado as pessoas a serem tornarem “interligadas” pelo uso ilimitado da internet expondo sua vida e de terceiros.
