Abstract
O presente artigo visa abordar os principais aspectos da Lei do Minuto Seguinte que tem como alvo a proteção da vítima de violência sexual, garantindo integral assistência pelo Sistema Único de Saúde. A desburocratização desse atendimento é colocar a palavra como instrumento de honra, não exigindo o disposto no artigo 4º do Decreto nº 7.958/2013 a fim de garantir que a vítima não sofra danos seguintes em decorrência do tempo.
