Abstract
Neste trabalho será esmiuçado o que é considerado estupro de vulnerável de acordo com a legislação penal do art. 217-A. Este artigo considera que o estupro de vulnerável é quando alguém prática conjunção carnal ou outro ato libidinoso com menor de 14 anos, ou com outra pessoa que esteja em condição de vulnerabilidade.
