Abstract
A isotretinoína oral é uma ferramenta terapêutica popularmente conhecida para o tratamento sistêmico de acne, enquanto seu o uso off-label no fotoenvelhecimento é menos conhecido. O atual estudo possui o objetivo de avaliar, baseado em evidências científicas, o uso off-label da isotretinoína na pele foto danificada.
