Abstract
Este artigo versa sobre a questão da poluição sonora, dentro do aspecto jurídico, além de especificamente identificar o processo de urbanização das cidades, verificar como ocorre a poluição sonora; e, destacar os aspectos de combate que devem ser intensificados para que a poluição sonora não perturbe o sossego alheio.
