Abstract
A Lei 4.367 de 13 de julho de 2017, lei conhecida como Lei da Reforma Trabalhista de inciativa do poder executivo federal, mitigou diversos princípios que dão base ao direito que protege o trabalhador. Estes princípios e suas relativizações serão objeto de análise no presente artigo.
