Abstract
A neuralgia pós-herpética (NPH) é uma síndrome composta por dor crônica neurossensorial e possui um tratamento desafiador, uma vez que a etiologia da doença não é claramente definida e há poucos ensaios clínicos sobre a eficácia dos tratamentos farmacológicos. Dessa forma, o atual estudo visa avaliar, baseado em evidências científicas, o uso da Carbamazepina no tratamento da NPH.
