Abstract
O presente trabalho reflete sobre a sociedade neoliberal dando ênfase às políticas públicas como forma de controle das possibilidades de luta, abordando a educação como possibilidades de mudanças do cenário existente, utiliza-se como base referencial os textos: política educacional, emprego e exclusão social de Mauro Del Pino e Educação em tempos de exclusão de Miguel Arroyo.
