Abstract
O presente trabalho visa discutir sobre o direito de resposta sob o olhar da regulamentação trazida por lei recente: a Lei 13.188, de 11 de novembro de 2015, no que se refere ao direito de resposta ou de retificação do ofendido quanto a propagação de informações através de veículos de informações, exercido pelo direito de liberdade de expressão.
