Abstract
Este artigo versa sobre um dos maiores desafios da Polícia no momento que são as investigações de crimes em ambiente virtual. A ideia básica é buscar analisar novas ferramentas de investigação como encargos do ônus da prova no levantamento de informações substanciais para que o crime cibernético possa ser combatido de forma efetiva.
