Abstract
Childhood hemangiomas are vascular tumors with a proliferative component of a benign nature. They usually present a characteristic clinical course and, for this reason, are most often diagnosed through clinical history and physical examination. In most cases, expectant management is recommended, but some patients need treatment due to local complications or a functional or aesthetic risk. The objective of this study is to report the case of a 7-month-old child with hemangioma in the anterior cervical region who obtained partial improvement of the lesion with the use of combined oral propranolol and timolol eye drops on the lesion, without side effects, low cost and with positive impact on the patient's quality of life.
