Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the cicatricial acceleration process, using the high frequency technique, after the procedure of micropigmentation in the eyebrows. Methodology: The methods used in this research are based on bibliographical research. Where articles from the Scielo, Lilacs, PubMed and MedLine databases were used, with the descriptors Eyebrows, Healing and Tattoos, from August to November 2018. The criteria in the choice of articles were only that it represented a relation with the proposed theme, articles in Portuguese and English, and clinical and experimental articles. Results: Through this review of qualitative exploratory literature, based on 4 articles, it can be observed that the high-frequency technique is widely efficient, and can bring great results in several dysfunctions. Conclusion: With the present literature review the expected analysis was obtained, the high frequency presented beneficial effects in the cicatricial process in the lesions caused by micropigmentation of the eyebrows. Due to the low number of researches on the clinical use of high frequency in the micropigmentation technique, new research is suggested.
