Abstract
Objective: To identify the impacts and challenges in accessing education in a municipality in the State of Amapá, in the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Methods: Cross-sectional research, with data collection carried out in a public school (School A) and in a private school (School B). Results: Regarding the situation of access to remote classes, two private school classes with 29 students and a public school class with 10 students were observed, it can be seen that the proportion between the number of students from the two schools surveyed is disproportionate, as the public school sample size is smaller than the private school sample size, this is mainly due to the difficulty of reaching public school students. Conclusion: It was noticed that students and teachers were ready so that teaching was not completely harmed, however, it is known that certain situations go beyond the desire to learn or teach, such as lack of ability to handle electronic equipment, lack of environment conducive to study, lack of electronic equipment and lack of access to the internet.
