Results: The results reveal that the scientific productions, developed mainly at the strictu sensu level, regarding the curricular flexibility implemented for the hospital class, until then, are presented in a very limited number, even so, the research demonstrated that the curriculum is represented in the hospital class in a flexible and humanized way to meet the singularities of children and young people who are undergoing hospital treatment. Final considerations: Thus, curriculum flexibility is present in the hospital class and represents the guarantee of the right to education.
