Abstract

Objective: To analyze the intersection between educational processes, educational theories, and human rights in the challenging context of the State of Amazonas, aiming to raise awareness and ensure human rights. Literature Review: Through a literature review, educational theories that emphasize participatory, emancipatory, and contextualized approaches were explored, with a focus on valuing diversity, combating discrimination, and promoting equal opportunities. Final considerations: It is considered crucial to establish strategies that promote the intersection of educational processes, educational theories, and human rights in the State of Amazonas, aiming for transformative education and the full realization of human rights. The importance of teacher training based on these theories is emphasized, stimulating critical reflection and awareness. However, the need for empirical research to evaluate the effectiveness of educational practices and identify solutions appropriate to local needs is highlighted. The aim is to contribute to the construction of a more just, inclusive, and equal society in the State of Amazonas.
