Abstract

Objective: To analyze the impacts and challenges associated with using technology as a learning resource in education, highlighting the need to understand comprehensively how technology is influencing the teaching and learning process. Literature Review: The literature review from the past decade reveals challenges such as disparities in access to technology, inadequate teacher training, and poor infrastructure in some regions. It also identifies a lack of understanding of the pedagogical use of technology as a significant obstacle. Despite the potential benefits, the integration of technology in education faces complex challenges, making it essential to invest in teacher training, adequate infrastructure, and public policies that promote digital inclusion. Final Considerations: The current state of schools demonstrates that collaboration among teachers, students, educational institutions, governments, and society is crucial to overcoming the challenges posed by technological integration and ensuring quality education for all.
