Abstract
Objective: To describe the experiences of nursing interviews and health guidelines developed for adolescents in the context of school health, addressing personal, sexual, family, physical and educational aspects. Experience report: The actions were carried out by four nursing students in the ninth semester of a private university in the Federal District. Nursing consultations were carried out in order to map the general state of health and identify vulnerabilities and risks to the health of adolescents aged 16-18 years. The assessment involved domains such as family dynamics, diet, sexual orientation and life, use of psychoactive substances, self-mutilation and attempted self-extermination. Then, health counseling and guidance was given. The results indicated that most adolescents had contact with psychoactive substances, had sexual initiation and were victims of violence. Final considerations: Nursing interviews and health orientation guidelines for adolescents are important resources for the student's health, expanding access to health promotion and protection actions. The action made it possible for the academics to carry out the approach individually and the health orientation in a personalized way.
