Resumen
Objective: To map, in the scientific literature, the most frequent nursing diagnoses in adult patients with stroke, grounded in Wanda Horta’s theoretical framework. Methods: This is an integrative literature review conducted in October 2025, following the PRISMA guidelines and the PICo strategy. The search was carried out in the MEDLINE, BDENF, LILACS, IBECS, SciELO, and PubMed databases. Seventeen articles published between 2010 and 2025 were selected and analyzed in light of the NANDA-I taxonomy and the psychobiological, psychosocial, and psychospiritual dimensions. Results: Seventeen studies comprised the final corpus of the research. There was an absolute predominance of psychobiological needs (75.25%), followed by psychosocial needs (24.75%), with a complete absence of diagnoses in the psychospiritual dimension. The most prevalent diagnoses were Impaired physical mobility, Risk for falls, and Risk for aspiration, reflecting the motor sequelae and physiological risks of the pathology. Final considerations: The scientific production highlights a diagnostic practice focused predominantly on biological and safety aspects, in line with the biomedical model. The invisibility of the psychospiritual dimension points to a critical gap in knowledge and care, reinforcing the need for studies that strengthen holistic care in the rehabilitation of patients with stroke.
