Abstract
Analyze in the literature evidence that makes it possible to generate content for the elaboration of an educational mobile application prototype, capable of supporting patients and families in the management of home care after liver transplantation. Integrative review developed in six stages. The search for studies for analysis was carried out in seven databases between the years 2014 to 2019. 1,169 articles were identified, and the final sample consisted of 11 studies. The summary of evidence to support the development of a mobile application was organized into two categories and their respective subcategories, the first category was called safety in care and the second maintenance of a healthy life. The evidence points to important information capable of supporting the development of a mobile application that is capable of supporting the self-management of patients undergoing liver transplantation, in addition to proposing immediate changes in the practice of the multidisciplinary team for planning hospital discharge.
