Características clínicas e epidemiológicas da Síndrome de Takotsubo em comparação com a Síndrome Coronariana

Resumo
Objetivo: Comparar a Síndrome de Taksotsubo (STT) com a Síndrome Coronariana Aguda (SCA) no que tange a características clínicas, epidemiológicas, além de suas estratégias diagnósticas. Métodos: Este é um estudo de abordagem qualitativa e caráter descritivo, executado por meio de revisão integrativa da literatura. As bases de dados utilizadas foram o National Library of Medicine (PubMed), MEDLINE e LILACS. Aplicados os descritores: “Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy”, “Diagnosis” e “Prevalence”, utilizando o operador “AND” entre as respectivas palavras. Resultados: Foram analisados 492, destes, 30 foram selecionados. Os pacientes apresentavam queixa de dor torácica, alterações no ECG, discreta elevação de biomarcadores e ausência de obstrução coronariana grave. Esta doença possui maior prevalência no sexo feminino após à menopausa. Os críterios de Mayo Clinic são utilizados para o diagnóstico da STT e podem ser úteis na diferenciação com outras doenças. Considerações finais: A STT configura-se como desafio diagnóstico, com reconhecimento dificultado pela sobreposição de sintomas e alterações de exames complementares comuns a outras condições, como a SCA. Porém, características epidemiológicas e escores diagnósticos podem ser determinantes para sua identificação.
