Methods: The methodological approach of this study proposes a bibliographic compilation of qualitative research of a descriptive nature from an integrated literature review using data from the National Library of Medicine, the Sade Virtual Library and the Directory of Open Access Journals. “Cutaneous Lymphoma”, “T Cells”, “Skin Diseases” and “Diagnosis” were among the terms used. Clinical trials, randomized or non-randomized, case-control studies, cohort studies and open access studies published in English, Portuguese and Spanish between 2012 and 2022 were used as inclusion criteria. Results: It is necessary to analyze the clinical presentation, biopsy and immunohistochemistry for the diagnostic hypothesis. The characteristics of the lesions, the evolution and their onset are observed to find out which pathology is occurring. Final considerations: Thus, it is observed that the clinical-histological analysis is the first choice in the diagnosis and important for the adequate differentiation.
