Abstract
Objective: Recommendations for containment of biological risks during and after the pandemic by Covid-19 in simulated environments in Brazil are described. Experience report: Based on the recommendations in the national and international literature, associated with the experiences of health professionals who practice simulation-based teaching, from the Associations of Emergency Medicine (ABRAMEDE) and Simulation in HealthCare (ABRASSIM), it is considered relevant to focus and describe the implementation of primary public health controls, eleven specific themes and three general biosafety standards. Final considerations: There are few published guidelines regarding the safety of on-site simulation training. The description of protocols alone cannot be absorbed into the routine without training and understanding of changes in conduct. There is no question that simulation-based education has the potential to support all health care professionals involved in the Covid-19 crisis, but also in potentially similar pandemics.
