Abstract
Objective: To analyze the scientific production on the implications for spirituality and religiosity in primary health care. Methods: Integrative Literature Review (ILR) study. The textual search was carried out in databases indexed in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), using the Health Science Descriptors (DeCS): Spirituality, Religion and Primary Health Care, applying two research stages, the first Spirituality AND Primary Health Care and Religion AND Primary Health Care. During the search process, 234 published studies were found, using the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 8 articles were chosen as the final sample. Results: It can be seen from the studies listed that there is a consensus on the importance of carrying out an approach to religiosity and spirituality during care in the context of primary health care, so that one can have an integral view of individuals. Final considerations: It was found that there is still a need to implement a model that makes systematic treatment based on spiritual and religious practices.
