In addition, the family routine is an aspect that directly influences child development and growth. The lifestyle and behavior of parents has a direct relationship with the way in which their children will deal with their own food. In this way, the most viable way to try to educate them is with attitudes that serve not as an example, not only in good choices, such as opting for healthy foods.
