Abstract

Objective: To describe the performance of a multiprofessional residency program team in a referral center for the rehabilitation of patients with neurological injuries. Experience report: Experience report regarding a multidisciplinary team while building the Singular Therapeutic Project (STP) for hospitalized patients, through the application of the Problematization Methodology with the Maguerez Arc. Over group discussions a patient was chosen to be the main focus of the multidisciplinary team. Then, the five stages of the Arc were developed, where a problem-situation related to the case was identified, the key points were listed and theorized. Thus, the possible solutions were discussed, culminating in the attempt to transform the reality, which manifested itself mainly through a multidisciplinary intervention at the bedside. Final considerations:  The multidisciplinary performance while building the STP made easier to execute the actions planned together with the patient, in addition to stimulating their co-responsibility and protagonism in the rehabilitation process. Therefore, it is necessary to develop more studies on the subject, in order to expand this form of action.
