Abstract

Objective: To investigate the quality of life and the repercussions of Covid-19 in individuals without pre-existing diseases. Methods: A descriptive analysis of a series of cases of subjects with a history of positive testing for Covid-19 without pre-Covid-19 comorbidities in the municipality of Iguatu - Ceará was performed. Data collection took place between June and December 2021 in a transversal way through an interview, containing the identification data of the participants, perception of post-Covid sequels and the Brazilian version of the SF-36 Quality of Life questionnaire and another containing the data relevant to the Six-Minute Walk Test. Results: Nine users aged between 23 and 50 participated, most of whom reported symptoms such as anosmia, back pain and physical fatigue and 88.8% had decreased functional capacity in the Six-Minute Walk Test. In the Quality of Life domain, the General Health Status domain showed the lowest score. Conclusion: The participants had Post-Covid Syndrome, low performance in the walk test, which did not seem to have affected the perception of quality of life.
