Abstract

Objective: To identify the perception of occupational stress in health professionals in a Child and Adult Rehabilitation Center. Methods: Descriptive and exploratory research, with a qualitative approach, carried out with 6 health professionals in northeastern Brazil in the period of December 2021, an online questionnaire was used, which aimed to identify the sociodemographic profile of each participant and a focus group. Results: Participants reported that the main stressors come from the work routine, such as: the intense workday, the insufficiency of material supplies and the high demand of patients as the cause of the highest concentrations of routine stress. Conclusion: The factors experienced by professionals are directly linked to small agents that cause occupational stress evidenced day after day at work.
