Abstract
Objective: Point out the importance of nursing consultation at school, to improve adolescent health promotion in primary care. Experience report: This is an experience report based on the experience of 5 academics from the 9th period of the nursing course in a supervised health internship at school, according to the School Health Program (PSE). Held in an Educational Center for elementary education in the administrative region of the Federal District, in April 2022, with a total of 27 consultations with procedures, such as: visual acuity test, anthropometry, Vital Signs verification (SSVV), oral cavity evaluation and anamnesis was carried out on the student's personal and family history. Final considerations: It is essential that the nursing professional, together with the educators, carry out strategies with implementations in schools in order to continue diagnosing possible situations of vulnerability and offering adequate treatment to each of them, showing that the school environment needs improvements to ensure the quality of life of each individual. With this, the School Health Program is put into practice with greater visibility and, consequently, there are more healthy students.
