Abstract
Objective: Identifying, through scientific research, how interventions and management of the nursing team to the patient on hemodialysis treatment. Methods: Integrative Literature Review Techniques Presented Through Research Evaluation, Synthesis, Supporting an Existing Health Firm. Searching the following databases: LILACS, IBECS, MEDLINE and PUBMED. The studies and search were carried out on articles from the last 5 years (2017-2022) in order to obtain updates and more recent articles in the literature. Results: 523 articles were found in the research databases, where a filter was performed, which finally brought with it a final sample of 13 articles. Final considerations: The nursing team, its form of treatment is not broad, its strength and the performance of the nursing team for the needs of specific renal patients and mainly on hemodialysis. The care provided by the nursing team to the patient undergoing hemodiatric treatment is of paramount importance because it is he who will help and avoid complications based on his technical and scientific knowledge.
