Abstract
Objective: Discuss the influence of the Health at School Program (PSE) through nursing actions for the prevention of teenage pregnancies. Experience report: The study was based on the experience of Nursing students from the 9th period of the Nursing Course at a private University Center located in the Federal District, for the mandatory internship discipline in Primary Care. The activity took place in a Public Educational Teaching Center in the Federal District, a place that serves secondary and elementary students. The actions were part of the PSE project that are fundamental in the current teaching plan in the region, which seeks to integrate educational actions with those of public health. The consultations were carried out with pairs of academics and one student from the school, with an average of two students per day, covering the age group from 14 to 18 years old. Final considerations: Prevention through lectures in groups of adolescents, conversations and direct nursing consultations with young people, moderates the rate of teenage pregnancy.
