Results: The 12 studies included in this integrative review were indexed in the Pubmed (41.6%) and LILACS (58.3%) databases published between 2020 and 2023. Regarding methodological aspects, the cross-sectional study design predominated (25%). and meta-analysis (25%), followed by systematic review research (16.6%), integrative review (16.6%), prospective study (8.3%) and qualitative study (8.3%). Health professionals are exposed to illness, depression, anxiety, anguish and changes associated with sleep. In addition, suicidal behavior, alcohol and drug abuse are reported.
