Abstract

Objective: To build and validate a nursing consultation model referenced by Roy's adaptation theory. Methods: Methodological study carried out with the participation of eight research nurses who acted as judges. The validation of the nursing consultation instruments took place between February and March 2020, through forms sent and received by e-mail. The data was organized in a table and the analysis was based on the content validation index, based on the theoretical framework and current literature. Results: The instruments developed for the nursing consultation based on Roy's theory were considered adequate by most of the judges, including the instructional guide that serves as a basis for completing the instruments. Conclusion: The instruments for the nursing consultation were built and validated, enabling the nursing student and the nurse to use a technology at different levels of complexity of care practice.
