Abstract

Objective: Moths the Systematization of Nursing based on the profile of patients with chronic pulmonary aspergillosis, seen at a referral hospital. Methods: This is a transverse retrospective study, with a quantitative approach, conducted through the investigation of medical records of patients diagnosed with chronic pulmonary aspergillosis in the period from January 2017 to December 2020, in a reference hospital in the city of Recife, Pernambuco, in the period from January to February 2021. Results: The sample (n=42) was composed predominantly of males (34; 81%), ranging in age from 20 to 77 years, with a mean age of 46.10 ±13.25 years. Regarding pre-existing diseases, most patients presented: pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchiectasis and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Conclusion: This study identified the main nursing diagnoses in patients with chronic pulmonary aspergillosis. It is observed that both in drug treatment and in the perioperative period, there is a need for nursing care, and it is essential that the nurse be aware of the patient's needs in order to identify both the actual diagnoses and the risk diagnoses, with a view to planning and undertaking actions capable of offering a more qualified assistance.
