Abstract

Objective: To analyze the scientific evidence on the gynecological nursing consultation for transgender men in Primary Health Care. Methods: This is an integrative literature review, whose guiding question was: "What is the scientific evidence on the gynecological nursing consultation for transgender men in Primary Health Care?". For the electronic search, the CINAHL, EMBASE, LILACS, PubMed and Web of Science databases were used. Primary studies that answered the research question, published in Portuguese, English and Spanish between the years 2012 and 2022, were included. Subsequently, data were extracted from the included studies and then the levels of evidence and quality were assessed. methodological. Results: When analyzing a total of seven included articles, the following categories emerged: gynecological services offered to transgender men in Primary Health Care; recommendations for the gynecological nursing consultation for transgender men in Primary Health Care; and barriers in accessing gynecological services offered to transgender men in Primary Health Care. Final considerations: There was a great deficit in gynecological care by nursing professionals in Primary Health Care due to training and provision of health services aimed at cisnormative care.
