Abstract

Objective: To identify in the literature how collaborative work was developed during the pandemic of COVID-19 in the context of Primary Health Care (PHC). Methods: Integrative literature review, with the purpose of synthesizing results of studies already conducted. Search conducted in PubMed, CAPES portal and BVS, with the descriptors; "primary health care"; "interprofessionality"; "COVID-19", with the Boolean operator "AND". Seventy-nine articles were found. After critical reading, using the exclusion criteria, 7 articles were obtained. Results: It was observed the notoriety of interprofessional practices in PHC in the global scenario, requiring trained professionals who work collaboratively; community-centered focus; leadership and conflict resolution in the team, consolidating the assistance provided by PHC in the pandemic. It was observed the readaptation of the service to meet the population, besides the difficulties faced by health professionals. Conclusion: There is some evidence capable of ratifying interprofessionality as an essential tool for collaborative practice, enhancing PHC in various countries, consolidating systems and networks of care to the population and promoting significant improvements in assistance. This work will contribute to the development of the systematization of the interprofessional work process, improving the care provided and favoring the proper functioning of health units.
