Methods: This is an integrative review on the access of LGBTQIAPN+ people to health services in Care Primary health. Results: Factors that hinder access: lack of respect for the social name and the transsexualization process, prejudice and discrimination by health professionals and the provision of health actions limited to testing for sexually transmitted infections. Facilitating factors include: investment in the training of health professionals, welcoming and safe spaces for LGBTQIAPN+ people and the development of care protocols. Final considerations: Access to healthcare for LGBTQIAPN+ people is still insufficient and precarious. It is necessary to invest in aspects related to guaranteeing access to health services. Understanding that the principles of the Unified Health System are not being respected for these people.
