Abstract
Objective: To analyze the trajectory of women in situations of violence and the reception strategies developed by the coping network. Methods: This is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study, conducted with 24 professionals working in institutions of the Network to Combat Violence against Women. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, through digital recording, between November 2022 and October 2023 and analyzed using the thematic content technique proposed by Bardin. Results: Women in situations of violence go through different institutions, among the main ones, the Public Defender's Office, the Specialized Care Police Station, the Women's Care Reference Center, and hospitals. With regard to reception strategies, there is listening, guidance and referrals to specialized services and safe shelters, legal and emotional help monitoring of protective measures, improvement of family bonding for abused minors, monitoring of aggressors and actions for female empowerment. Conclusion: It is concluded that the path of women in situations of violence occurs in different services and that the various reception strategies play a crucial role in coping with violence.
