Abstract
Objective: To present the advances and challenges of digital health in Primary Health Care in the State of Amapá, highlighting the computerization scenarios and the strategies used as institutional support from the State Department of Health. Experience report: Technical assistance for health management of the municipalities was aimed at the need for digital structuring, the expansion of connectivity, the need to acquire information monitoring systems, the qualification of health indicators aimed at capturing resources, technical support in databases and the installation of medical records electronic system in Health Units and verification of computerization scenarios in the process of implementing the national e-SUS APS strategy. The training was aimed at health professionals through the use of computers with the e-SUS Electronic Record system and on tablets and smartphones using digital applications (ACS lite and e-SUS Território). Final considerations: The results of the work carried out reflected positively in the qualification of data, supporting the management of services, in improving health indicators, in the degree of user satisfaction and in improving nursing care with the use of electronic medical records and tools. innovation.
