Abstract
Objective: To carry out an integrative review to identify, analyze and synthesize the different quality tools used in the management of pharmaceutical care processes in hospital pharmacy. Methods: A integrative review of the literature was carried out through a survey of data in scientific databases: VHL, MEDLINE and PUBMED. Results: The results of this review integrative highlight the diversity of quality tools used in the management of pharmaceutical care processes in hospital pharmacies. From traditional statistical techniques to the use of advanced technologies, the appropriate application of these tools can significantly contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of pharmaceutical services and, consequently, to the safety and effectiveness of atient treatment. Conclusion: Some limitations were identified during the review, highlighting the need for a more systematic approach to implementing and monitoring quality tools. The lack of in qualprocesses and the underuse of advanced technologies were highlighted as common challenges faced by hospital pharmacies. Furthermore, the scarcity of studies evaluating the specific impact of quality tools on improving clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction highlights the need for more robust future research in this area.
