Abstract

Objective: To analyze professionals' perceptions of the distribution of special dressings in a Regional Health Center. Methods: Exploratory, qualitative research. The study was conducted in three health units of the 1st Regional Health Center (CRS) of Pará, with 20 professionals participating. Data from sociodemographic and professional questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and data from semi-structured interviews were analyzed using content analysis. Iramuteq software was used for data tabulation. Results: The dressing distribution process was considered inefficient, as most participants reported logistical inconsistencies, such as communication failures and lack of protocols. Through the analysis of frequently used terms, the study highlights the centrality of dressings and their supply flow, including the role of the warehouse. In this context, systemic problems such as bureaucracy, supply failures, and ineffective communication were identified. These difficulties directly impact te he quality of care, patient safety, and generate professional burnout. Conclusion: Given the above, efficient logistics and trained professionals are essential for quality assistance and resource optimization.
