Abstract

Objective: To develop and evaluate an evidence-based mHealth application to assist in the clinical management of headaches in Primary Health Care (PHC). Methods:This is a methodological study focused on the construction of a digital tool for PHC physicians. The convenience sample included 10 preceptors and 10 residents in Family and Community Medicine (FCM), excluding those who did not complete the evaluation instrument. Usability was verified using a questionnaire based on the System Usability Scale (SUS). Results: Data collection via Google Forms resulted in an average score of 79.6 on the SUS scale. This index classifies the application in the excellence range (74-85), demonstrating high acceptance and functionality among users. However, some aspects of the tool need improvement, as some of the evaluators expressed uncertainty regarding the degree of reliability and complexity of the application. Conclusion: The mHealth application was positively evaluated, demonstrating itself as a good tool to support clinical decision-making.
