Abstract

Objective: To report a clinical case of anterior esthetic rehabilitation with lithium disilicate ceramic veneers, highlighting the integration of restorative planning, digital workflow, and adhesive protocols. Case report: A 46 year old male patient sought dental care because of esthetic dissatisfaction with his maxillary anterior teeth. Clinical examination revealed discoloration, incisal wear, and anatomical disharmony. Planning was performed with intraoral scanning, followed by diagnostic waxing, a mockup, minimally invasive preparation, and placement of lithium disilicate veneers. Treatment was completed in seven clinical sessions in 2021. The patient returned after 15 days for review and then attended annual follow up visits until the study was concluded. During this period, satisfactory maintenance of the restorations and function was observed, with no relevant clinical complications recorded. Final considerations: In the case presented, digital planning, minimally invasive preparations, and an adhesive protocol enabled a satisfactory esthetic and functional result. Periodic follow up supports the clinical stability and longevity observed during the evaluated period, without allowing generalization from a single case.
