Abstract
Objective: Describe the main diagnoses attended at the Cacoal Regional Urgency and Emergency Hospital (HEURO), between 2016 and 2018, as well as the importance of awareness of its users, who instead of seeking the Low Complexity Services for solvability of their health problems, choose the Emergency Services. Methods: This is a quantitative, descriptive retrospective study with documentary investigation of the care provided at a teaching hospital in the interior of Rondônia through CRUE. Results: For this study we adopted the means of data collection the source of information DATASUS, where were explained the main urgency and emergency care provided at these data were based on the information collected in TABNET. Conclusion: Based on the objectives of the study in order to analyze the main care in the emergency room, it was found that elective care predominated more than urgent care.
